AAD Corporation - About Us

We are an integrated supply chain company with competencies in pharma and FMCG supply chain logistics, cold chain operations, climate controlled warehousing, cold chain transport management, super stockistship, distribution and institutional supplies. The group currently handles logistics with gross merchandise value of Rs 840 crores (USD 120 million) per year (as of March 2021) and has been in business since 1987.

Over the years, we have built a reputation for good customer service, fostered excellent relationships with stockists, statutory bodies and principals. Owing to the honesty and ethics with which we conduct our business, many large clients have bestowed their trust in us. We are also a persistent innovator and strive to innovate for low cost, efficient solutions for our clients.

We operate through 2 companies - AAD Corp Pvt Ltd and Novel Logitech Corp Pvt Ltd. AAD is the trading arm of the business dealing with distribution, super distribution and allied businesses involving buying and selling. Novel Logitech deals with the service side of the business - supply chain, commission based logistics, transportation, carrying and forwarding operations.

Director

A supply chain veteran with over 4 decades experiences in pharma logistics operations. Our founder and guiding force. Prior experience with the AP government. He holds an Engineering degree from Manipal University.

Chak

Managing Director

20 years experience in technology, supply chain and distribution. He manages our day to day operations and drives future business. Prior experience in strategy, consulting and technology roles at Blue Cross, Pepsico, ABN AMRO, H&R Block, Sapient. He hold a MS-MIS (Caae Western, USA), MS-Intl Businss (South Bank, UK) and BE (VIT).

Preethi

Director

15 plus years in quality and finance. She leads the HR and finance functions in the group. Prior experience in quality roles at Axciom. She holds a MSc, BSc from Nagarjuna University.

Sharat

Our Central Warehousing Expert, manages our largest central warehouse operation. Over 30 years in a variety of roles. He holds a BCom degree from Osmania University.

Eshwar Prasad

One of our veteran experts, who manages our largest operation in sales. Has been a part of our family since inception.

Subash

One of our veteran experts, who manages our largest operations by volume. Prior experience in Ranbaxy and other manufacturing companies. Holds a BCom degree.

Raghuram

Our Cold Chain handling expert, has been managing our largest cold chain operation since 8 years. He runs a tight ship free from even the smallest of errors. Holds a M.Tech from JNTU.

Ganesh

One of our newer leaders, changed career paths from Infrastructure to Supply Chain. Drives our largest receivables operations.

Mallesh

Our home grown manager who has risen through the ranks. A thorough professional. Holds a BTech degree.

Bhaskar

Our home grown manager who manages our FMCG operatons. Holds a BA from Osmania University.

Srisailam

Our home grown manager, an expert at SAP and learning and improving with each passing day. Holds a BTech degree.

Durga Prasad

A veteran with 26 years in handling MNC Supply chain and QA related activities. Hold a B.Com from Osmania University.

Dinakar

Our QA expert with several years managing MNC logistics operations. Prior experience at Ramaraju Surgical Cotton Mills Ltd (Ramco Group) and Lanco group. Holds a BSc degree.

Jaywant

Our home grown manager who handles our MNC client operations with varied storage conditions - cool room, cold chain and liquid nitrogen based temperature warehouses.

Santosh

Our industrious manager who manages our medical devices operations. Over 20 years at Vijaysree Corp, Indoco Remedies, Klar Sehen and Nulife Pharma.

Rambabu

He manages our super stockist business. Around 15 years experience in Supply Chain Management functions including, Inventory, Bank reconciliation and Warehouse related activities. Has a B.Com. degree.

Anand

An upcoming manager in our supply chain business. 19 years in general administration at Tata Teleservices and other companies, 3 years in supply chain.

Raghavendra

Our youngest manager who transitoned from a packer to a manager. A remarkable story of dedication and hard work.
