The group currently handles logistics with gross merchandise value of Rs 1400 crores (USD 160 million) per year (as of March 2023) and has been in business since 1987.

We operate through 2 companies - AAD Corp Pvt Ltd and Novel Logitech Corp Pvt Ltd. AAD is the trading arm of the business dealing with distribution, super distribution and allied businesses involving buying and selling. Novel Logitech deals with the service side of the business - supply chain, commission based logistics, transportation, carrying and forwarding operations.
